Job summary

The Center at Tucson is seeking a Weekend Charge Nurse RN to join our skilled nursing team. The role supports patient care and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities; weekend shifts are required with potential for additional days during the week for full-time hours.

Part-time or full-time options are available, with 10-12 hour shifts anticipated. Pay ranges from $38-46 per hour, depending on experience, and our facility emphasizes physician-driven care plans and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid fingerprint clearance card (FPCC).
• Must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Must possess a current and valid CPR certification.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed RN.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing staff in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Assist with admissions (i.e., inputting orders, taking report, etc.).
• Address questions and concerns from patients and patient families.
• Assist with med pass and floor nursing as needed.
• Audits as assigned by nursing management.
