Job summary

Community Horizons LLC is seeking caregivers to support residents in an assisted living setting in De Pere, Wisconsin. The role involves helping with ADLs, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing companionship to residents.

Shifts are Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 2pm, with PRN opportunities. A valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation within the community. Wages start at $16.32 per hour, reflecting part-time weekend coverage and caregiving duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care settings preferred.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record for transportation within the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) to support resident comfort and dignity.
• Support mobility using stand to pivot method with a wood platform.
• Prepare nutritious meals.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment through light housekeeping and laundry.
• Be a companion and interact during daily activities.

Duties

• Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident areas and laundry
• Be a companion and interact doing daily activities.

Experience

• Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record for transportation needs within the community

Hours:

• Saturday / Sunday 9am - 2 pm
• PRN position available

Wages:

• $16.32 per hour
