Job summary

Trove Home Care LLC. is seeking weekend caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support in the Richmond and Midlothian area. Earn $18–$25 per hour with flexible scheduling that fits weekend commitments and opportunities for consistent work.

A $100 weekend bonus is offered after completing 50 weekend hours, with 24/7 care team support and immediate openings for dependable caregivers.

Qualifications

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred.
• At least 6 months caregiving experience (professional or personal).
• Strong communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, dependable in-home support for clients.
• Assist with transportation, medications reminders, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Support dressing, grooming, mobility, bathing, and transfers as needed (certifications preferred).
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation.

What You’ll Do

As a caregiver with Trove Home Care, you’ll provide compassionate, dependable support that helps our clients feel safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Every client is different, and your responsibilities will depend on your experience, training, and certifications.

Companion & Daily Living Support

You may help clients with:

• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation and assistance with cooking
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Support that helps clients stay comfortable and independent at home

Personal Care

Caregivers with the appropriate certifications, such as CNA, PCA, or HHA, may also provide hands‑on assistance with:

• Dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Feeding
• Mobility and ambulation
• Bathing
• Transfers between beds and chairs
• Toileting and incontinence care

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and genuinely care about the people they serve.

Our ideal caregiver has:

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
• A valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
• The ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
• A reliable, responsible attitude and commitment to scheduled weekend hours

All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and MVR screening.
