Job summary

Monarch Communities in New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to support residents per care plans, with a weekend Warrior schedule (Fri–Sun). Pay ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour. The role involves helping with personal care, meals, activities, and daily living tasks under the Health & Wellness Director.

Qualified candidates hold CNA or CHHA certification and have experience with the elderly; dementia care experience is preferred. Benefits include PTO and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• CNA or CHHA certification required.
• Experience working with elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, groomed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during shift.
• Report any change of condition to supervisor immediately.
