Job summary

Monarch Communities in New Jersey (Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living) is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities in accordance with individual care plans. The position is Full-Time or Part-Time, non-exempt, paid hourly, with shifts at 7a-3p and 3p-11p.

The Caregiver reports to the Health & Wellness Director and provides compassionate assistance, documents services, and helps maintain safety and dignity for residents, including bathing, dressing, and

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) preferred.
• Experience with elderly population; dementia experience preferred if available.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care: bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding as per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, safe and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during your shift.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor immediately.
