Job summary

HomeWell Care Services Delaware is seeking a Weekend Caregiver / Home Care Aide to provide non-medical personal assistance and companionship to clients in Kent and Sussex Counties. The role features Saturday and Sunday shifts with flexible, part-time hours, enabling weekdays to remain free.

No formal credential is required, though HHA/CNA certification is welcomed. Candidates should have at least 6 months of direct caregiving experience and be prepared to pass pre-employment checks and maintain

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification welcomed but not required
• At least 6 months of direct caregiving experience
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
• TB Test Clearance Required
• Criminal Background and Fingerprint Check Required
• Reliable Transportation – valid driver's license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement
• Household support including light cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
• Personal assistance such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
