HomeWell Care Services Delaware is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team as a Caregiver / Home Care Aide. We serve clients across Kent and Sussex Counties with full-time and part-time shifts, offering training and support to help you grow in the role.

As a licensed PASA provider, we prioritize dignity and independence, provide non-medical personal assistance, companionship, household help, personal care, and transportation support. Certification is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification is welcome but not required.
• At least 6 months of direct caregiving experience if uncertified.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• TB test clearance and criminal background/fingerprint checks required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Companionship and social engagement
• Household support: light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Personal assistance: bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and errands (if applicable)
