Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with 1 year driving history without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with those served and take initiative to help participants engage in the community.
• Support participants in personal goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
