Job summary

Sevita in Dallas, TX is seeking a compassionate caregiver to empower individuals to live well and achieve independence. You’ll support daily living, personal care, and community participation, building real relationships with participants.

Hours are Fri–Sun 9pm–9am, with a valid driver’s license and one year of driving history. We offer competitive pay, full benefits, 401(k) with a 3% match, PTO and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in pursuing developmental goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition).
• Help participants participate in community activities and social engagement.
