This part-time weekend role requires a valid driver's license and a willingness to support personal care, daily activities, and meaningful community participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals like budgeting, exercise and nutrition.
• Develop real relationships and help participants participate in the community.
