Job summary

Sevita is seeking a compassionate caregiver in El Paso, TX to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You’ll assist with personal care, encourage independence, and help participants engage in meaningful activities.

We offer full-time hours, a benefits package, and pay at $9.00 per hour. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are preferred, with 6 months of related experience encouraged. Join a mission-driven team making a real difference.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
