Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support participants with community involvement and activities.
• Help participants meet personal goals in budgeting, nutrition, and exercise.
