McKenney Home Care is a family-owned private-duty home care agency serving Lee and Collier County. We are looking for dependable Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for weekend opportunities that fit their availability and comfort level in a one-on-one home setting.

Weekend needs vary by client and may include morning, short, 4–6 hour, 7–12 hour, day or overnight shifts with ongoing assignments. We match caregivers to opportunities that suit their skills and availability.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional approach to caregiving.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home settings.
• Willingness to obtain required CPR, TB test and AHCA background screening if not current.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and safe mobility.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation, hydration, and medication reminders.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Follow client care plans and complete required documentation.
• Observe and communicate changes or concerns to the office team.

McKenney Home Care is a family-owned private-duty home care agency serving Lee and Collier County. Through our Bonita Springs office, we are looking for dependable Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for weekend opportunities that match their availability, experience, and comfort level.

What’s Available

Weekend needs vary by client and may include:

• Morning shifts such as 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Short or split shifts, including 2–3 hour AM or PM visits
• Standard 4–6 hour shifts
• Extended 7–12 hour day or overnight shifts
• 12-hour day and overnight shifts, which are frequently available
• Opportunities for consistent, ongoing assignments

What You’ll Do

• Current hands‑on CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• Current TB test, or willingness to obtain
