McKenney Home Care is a family-owned private-duty home care agency serving Lee and Collier County. We seek dependable Caregivers, HHAs and CNAs to provide compassionate, individualized in-home care for clients matched to your availability and experience.

Opportunities range from short visits to longer day and overnight shifts, with a variety of schedules. You'll complete required documentation using WellSky and collaborate with supervisors to ensure client safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for client transportation.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes across Lee and Collier counties.
• CPR certification is required and in-person, not online.
• Strong communication with clients and team is essential.
• Dependable attendance and professional conduct expected across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and meaningful activities for clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding per care plan.
• Follow dietary instructions and care plans.
• Provide medication reminders and observe changes in condition.

McKenney Home Care offers private-duty opportunities ranging from short visits to longer day and overnight shifts, with assignments matched to your availability, experience, location, and current client needs.

McKenney Home Care is a family-owned private-duty home care agency serving Lee and Collier County. Through our Bonita Springs office, we are looking for dependable Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs who value individualized care and helping clients remain safe and supported in their own homes.

What’s Available

Opportunities may include:

• Full-Time
• Part-Time
• PRN / As Needed
• Morning shifts such as 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Short or split shifts of approximately 2–3 hours
• Standard 4–6 hour shifts
• Extended 7–12 hour day or overnight shifts

Private-duty schedules are based on current client needs, caregiver availability, location, and experience. Hours and schedules may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living
• Provide companionship, conversation, and meaningful activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Follow dietary instructions included in the client’s care plan
• Provide medication reminders and observe and report changes in condition
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and general tidying
• Provide transportation for errands or appointments when included in the care plan
• Follow individualized care plans and direction from supervisors or nursing staff
• Complete required documentation using the WellSky app

What You’ll Need to Complete Onboarding

• Valid driver’s license
• Current auto insurance with you listed as an allowed driver
• Reliable transportation
• Hands-on CPR certification — online-only CPR is not accepted
• TB screening within the required timeframe or qualifying chest X-ray
• Level 2 AHCA background screening: https://info.flclearinghouse.com
• Ability to communicate clearly and complete required documentation
• Dependable attendance and professional conduct

HHA certification, Florida CNA licensure, or previous professional caregiving experience is welcomed but not required.
