Home Care Evolution in California seeks a Full-Time Caregiver for in-home senior care. You will support daily living activities, meals, and mobility while building trust with clients and their families. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and ongoing client safety.

The position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team focused on high-quality in-home services for seniors at home.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred, but a big heart matters most.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to earn it soon.
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and dignity support (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Prepare healthy meals and maintain a tidy living space.
• Give medication reminders and monitor basic health cues.
• Offer active companionship through conversation, activities, and outings.
• Assist with light exercise and follow directions from professionals.
