Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Dignity - assist bathing, dressing, grooming and safe mobility.
• Healthy Meals & Home Care - prepare nutritious meals and keep living spaces clean and organized.
• Medication & Wellness - provide reminders and track basic health cues.
• Active Companionship - chat, play games, and accompany clients on errands or appointments.
• Light Exercise Support - assist with stretches or routines as directed.
