Civitas Senior Living is seeking a Weekend Supervisor at The Harvest of Roanoke to oversee resident care, medication management, and community operations during weekends. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a senior care wellness environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with residents, families, staff, and the public.
• Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach to working with the elderly.
• Demonstrated ability to work both as a team member and independently.
• Commitment to ethical behavior, including honesty, fairness, and respect for confidentiality and resident privacy.
• Proficiency in computer use and strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to perform all job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee weekend operations in resident care and medications.
• Ensure timely follow-up on medication orders and audits.
• Coordinate with doctors and third-party providers for resident care.
• Conduct daily visits to ill residents and update Eldermark.
• Manage weekend incident reports and staff schedules.
• Provide weekend reports to the Executive Director and Wellness Directors.
