The Harvest of Roanoke, part of Civitas Senior Living, is seeking a Weekend Supervisor to oversee resident care, medication management, and weekend operations. The role emphasizes maintaining high care standards and regulatory compliance in a senior living community.

Preferred candidates have active nursing licenses (LPN/LVN/RN) though not required; 3+ years supervisory experience in elder care is essential.

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a senior care wellness environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with residents, families, staff, and the public.
• Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach to working with the elderly.
• Demonstrated ability to work both as a team member and independently.
• Commitment to ethical behavior, including honesty, fairness, and respect for confidentiality and resident privacy.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee weekend medication orders, reorders, and audits.
• Coordinate resident care with doctors and providers; update Eldermark as needed.
• Manage weekend incident reports and follow-up investigations.
• Welcome new admissions; ensure orders and care plans are updated and staff informed.
• Provide weekend reports to Executive Director, Wellness Director, Assistant Wellness Director, and Memory Care Director.
• Ensure adequate staffing, manage front-line schedules and call-ins; host daily huddle.
• Supervise staff to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
• Conduct quality assurance rounds and address community complaints or concerns.
• Assist with weekend tours and move-in preparations; uphold residents' rights.
