Job summary

Elite Home Care is seeking a weekend Scheduler to manage client schedules across multiple offices. The role requires coordinating caregiver shifts, monitoring clock-ins, and handling caregiver and client calls from 7am to 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

The ideal candidate will have scheduling experience in healthcare, strong communication, and comfort learning new computer applications. High School Diploma or GED is required; prior experience with memory-related conditions is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with scheduling in healthcare settings preferred.
• Experience working with older adults and memory-related diagnoses is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• This is an every-other-weekend shift: Saturdays and Sundays, 7am–7pm.

Responsibilities

• Manage the weekend schedule for all clients across multiple offices.
• Monitor caregiver clock-ins and ensure shifts are covered.
• Answer calls from caregivers and clients and assist with their needs.
• Manage caregiver call-outs and arrange replacement caregivers as needed.
