Job summary

Senior Helpers - Sullivan Parent Account in Central Maryland/Baltimore seeks a skilled Scheduler to manage caregiver schedules and coordinate onboarding in a fast-paced home care setting.

The role requires experience in scheduling, strong organization and communication, and availability Friday through Monday with optional remote weekends. WellSky experience is a plus and you will support clients and staff with changes and coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in home care, healthcare, or staffing.
• WellSky experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Must be available Friday through Monday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage schedules for caregivers and CNAs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff regarding scheduling needs or changes.
• Handle schedule adjustments, cancellations, and emergency coverage as needed.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and general administrative support.
