Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Dedicated CNA/MA for the Assisted Living program, providing ADL support during 7 AM to 7 PM on Fridays through Sundays. The role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to schedules, and teamwork within a supportive community.

You will assist with daily activities, monitor residents’ well-being, document care, and escalate concerns to supervisors. Licensing requirements may vary by state; a CNA/CHHA license is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Proficient English to perform duties and communicate with staff.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compassionate, professional, kind and helpful demeanor.
• Ability to work as part of a team and multi-task safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including reminders for meds, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escorting.
• Follow resident needs schedule set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily logs of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage residents' independence and dignity.
