Senior Lifestyle Corporation in Holland, MI is seeking a CNA/MA/Care Associate for the 7P-7A Friday through Sunday schedule in Assisted Living. You will assist residents with daily living activities, reminders for medications, bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility, while supporting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include following supervisor schedules, providing emotional and social support, documenting daily logs, and reporting concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in senior care.
• Proficient English to perform duties and communicate with staff and residents.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.
• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented.
• Ability to multitask safely in a high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow the resident schedule as set by your supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily logs of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage residents' independence and dignity.
