Senior Lifestyle Corporation in Holland, MI is seeking a CNA/MA/Care Associate for the Assisted Living program, working Friday through Sunday from 7 AM to 7 PM. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor wellbeing, and document care in daily logs under supervision.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and maintaining residents’ dignity. A CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state, with opportunities to grow within the senior care team.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Proficient English to communicate with residents, staff, and handle emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Compassionate, professional, and teamwork-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals).
• Provide medication reminders and escort services as scheduled.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily care logs and report concerns to supervisor.
• Respect residents’ independence and dignity.
• Collaborate with care team to meet residents’ needs.
