Qualifications

• Must be able to demonstrate empathy and patience when assisting residents.
• Strong observation and documentation skills to update health records.
• Ability to listen actively and respond with appropriate care.
• Willingness to follow Individual Service Plans (ISP) and maintain resident privacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents in ADLs and some IADLs according to ISP.
• Promote dignity, privacy, and independence for residents.
• Document services in EHR or paper records in real time.
• Assist with meals and mobility; support safety and infection control practices.
• Participate in resident activity programs and coordinate with care teams.
