Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the SE Weekender role at Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO. This part-time weekend position supports the Cardiac Progressive Care unit, with 12-hour day shifts and weekend coverage.

Experienced RNs receive incentives including up to $10,000 sign-on and bridging programs for BSN/MSN advancement. A supportive team culture and Mercy Service Standards guide daily care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN license current in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Graduate from a school of nursing (AD/ Diploma/ BSN).
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
