Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident for the 4H Cardiac Progressive Care unit. The position is full-time (36 hours/week) with 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm–7:30am) and a robust incentive program.

Incentives include sign-on bonuses up to $7,500 for new RNs and up to $10,000 for experienced RNs, with no contract required. Bridging programs to BSN/MSN are available to support career growth.

Competenze

• RN must be licensed in the hiring state or have compact licensure, per state requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) and maintain licensure.

Mansioni

• Perform direct patient care across all ages including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate patient care with ancillary departments to optimize outcomes and comfort.
