Southeast Hospital is hiring a SE Weekender Registered Nurse for Mercy Hospital Southeast, Cape Girardeau, MO. This part-time role (24 hours/week) in the Cardiac Pavilion involves delivering patient care using the nursing process, with expectations to coordinate with other departments and protect patient rights.

The position offers weekend-day shifts, ongoing nursing incentives, and opportunities for ASN to BSN and BSN to MSN bridging programs to support educational advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience is required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Licensed RN in the hiring state or compact license.
• Must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
