Job summary

Fortress Nutrition, LLC is seeking operators for our high-speed beverage canning line in Wisconsin. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment to maintain quality and output on a 36-hour weekend schedule, paid for 40 hours. Training may occur during the week with flexible hours.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of machine operating experience, strong English communication, and a reliable work ethic in a regulated environment. Starting pay is $20.00+ per hour with a $1 weekend premium.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Reliable, accountable, and with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment.
• Monitor production for efficiency, quality, and uptime.
• Address line or equipment faults with urgency.
• Escalate mechanical issues to Maintenance when needed.
• Follow safety standards, GMPs, and sanitation practices.
• Support team operations through overtime as needed.
