Job summary

Fortress Nutrition is seeking candidates for a high-speed Beverage Canning role in Wisconsin. Work a 3‑day weekend shift (Fri–Sun) 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, with 36 hours worked but paid for 40, and a $1 weekend premium. Start at $20+/hr, with competitive benefits and overtime as needed.

This position emphasizes reliability, quick problem solving, and adherence to GMPs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Training occurs during the week as schedule allows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of machine operating/troubleshooting experience.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Reliable, accountable with strong work ethic.
• Willing to work extra hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment.
• Monitor production for efficiency, quality, and downtime.
• Act with urgency to address line or equipment faults.
• Elevate mechanical issues to Maintenance when needed.
• Follow GMPs, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
• Support team operations through overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
