Job summary

Fortress Nutrition is growing and seeking motivated individuals for our high-speed Beverage Canning team in Milwaukee. This role is ideal for someone seeking extra income with a predictable schedule that still pays a full-time wage.

You will operate and troubleshoot canning line equipment, monitor production for quality and efficiency, and act with urgency to address faults. Starting pay is $20.00+ per hour with a $1.00 weekend premium.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Reliability, accountability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work extra hours as needed based on business demands.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment.
• Monitor production for efficiency, quality, and uptime.
• Address line or equipment faults with urgency.
• Identify mechanical issues and elevate to Maintenance when needed.
• Follow safety standards, GMPs, and sanitation practices.
• Support team operations with overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
