Job summary

Fortress Nutrition, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Weekend Shift Machine Operator for our high-speed Beverage Canning team. Schedule: Fri-Sun, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (36 hours, paid for 40). Training during the week may be arranged to fit the schedule.

You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the canning line; monitor quality; address faults urgently; and support safety and GMPs. Starting pay $20+/hour with a $1 weekend premium; comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of machine operating experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work additional hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment (filler, seamer, packaging, shrink wrapper).
• Monitor production to ensure efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime.
• Address line or equipment faults with urgency.
• Identify and elevate mechanical issues to Maintenance when needed.
• Follow all safety standards, GMPs, and sanitation practices.
• Support team operations through overtime as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
