Job summary

Fortress Nutrition, LLC is seeking team members for our high-speed Beverage Canning line. Work Fri-Sun, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, 36 hours but paid for 40. Training may occur during the week with flexible hours.

You will help run, troubleshoot, and maintain canning equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on a fast-paced line. Starting pay is $20.00+ per hour with potential increases based on experience. A 1.00 weekend shift premium applies, plus comprehensive benefits and a strong PTO

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic.
Ability to work additional hours if needed based on business demands.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment (filler, seamer, packaging, shrink wrapper).
Monitor production to ensure efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime.
Act with urgency to quickly address line or equipment faults.
Identify and escale mechanical issues to Maintenance when needed.
Follow all safety standards, GMPs, and sanitation practices.
Support team operations through overtime as needed.
