Job summary

Fortress Nutrition, LLC in Wisconsin is hiring for a Beverage Canning Technician to set up, operate and troubleshoot a high-speed canning line. You will monitor production, ensure quality, and address faults quickly to minimize downtime.

We offer a 4-on, 3-off style schedule with an early entry into overtime opportunities and double pay for weekend work. Join a team committed to safety, GMPs, and delivering strong, scalable production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work additional hours if needed based on business demands.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment (filler, seamer, packaging, shrink wrapper).
• Monitor production to ensure efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime
• Address line or equipment faults with urgency
• Escalate mechanical issues to Maintenance when needed
• Follow safety standards, GMPs, and sanitation practices
• Support team operations through overtime as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned
