Job summary

Royale Company is hiring a part-time building custodian for a luxury residential tower in Boston. You will keep the building clean and welcoming for residents, sweeping and sanitizing common areas and maintaining neat entrances and the front desk.Shifts are on Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 3pm. You will receive paid training, uniform, and holiday tips as part of a supportive team with growth opportunities into building operations roles.

Qualifications

• Janitorial or building cleaning experience is preferred, ideally more than one year.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• A friendly manner and a neat, presentable appearance with residents and guests.
• Background check required (at our cost).

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and clean lobbies, hallways, stairwells and other common areas.
• Collect and take out trash and recycling.
• Keep entrances and the front desk area clean and tidy.
