Job summary

Royale Company is hiring in Boston for a part-time janitorial role in luxury residential buildings. You will clean lobbies, hallways, stairwells and front desk areas to keep residents welcome and buildings tidy.

We value janitorial or building cleaning experience, reliability, punctuality and a neat appearance. Training is provided, and the position offers paid training, holiday tips, and uniform provided, with opportunities to grow into building operations roles.

Job description

If you have janitorial experience, your skills carry straight over. You clean lobbies, hallways and stairwells, handle trash and recycling, and keep entrances tidy, in a residential building rather than an office or warehouse. We provide training, so you will learn how things are done in our buildings from day one.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 3pm.

The Job

You keep the building clean and welcoming for the residents who live there. On a typical shift you will:

• Sweep, mop and clean lobbies, hallways, stairwells and other common areas
• Collect and take out trash and recycling
• Keep entrances and the front desk area clean and tidy
