Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Weekend Cleaner for a part-time role in Belmont, MA. The position supports the Custodial Manager and performs a variety of routine custodial tasks with attention to safety and cleanliness.

The role requires the ability to follow instructions, work with limited supervision, and use a range of cleaning tools. The schedule is Saturday-Sunday, 7am-3:30pm, including holidays, with compensation aligned to market rates and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Requires attention to detail and energy to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines as directed.
• Vacuum rugs and clean furniture, fixtures, and walls.
• Restroom duties: clean and restock supplies daily.
• Report defects (lights, urinals) to supervisors.
• Collect and manage building trash and replace liners.
• Perform periodic high-dusting and wall cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned.
