Royale Company, a premier provider of residential building services in New York, is hiring for a part-time janitorial role. On a typical shift you will sweep, mop, clean lobbies and common areas, collect trash, and maintain clean entrances and front desk areas.

You will work a schedule that includes Thursdays from 4pm to 8pm and weekends 8am to 4pm, with paid training and uniform provided. Growth opportunities into building operations roles, such as maintenance, are available.

Qualifications

• Janitorial or building cleaning experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and clean lobbies, hallways, stairwells and other common areas.
• Collect and take out trash and recycling.
