Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Weekend Behavior Health Technicians to support our residential programs in Covington, LA. This part-time role focuses on delivering direct care to individuals with brain injury and behavioral challenges, adhering to behavioral protocols and documenting progress.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing positive reinforcement, transporting residents to activities, and maintaining daily records.

Formación

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation
• Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis
• Assists residents in ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community
• Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports)
• Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)
