Collage Rehabilitation Partners seeks Weekend Behavior Health Technicians to work in our residential programs in Covington, LA. The role involves direct care to individuals with brain injury-related behavioral challenges, on 12-hour weekend shifts.

You will implement behavioral training, model positive behavior, assist with ADLs, and transport residents to activities and appointments while maintaining thorough documentation and housekeeping duties.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation
• Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis
• Assists residents in ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community
• Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports)
• Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)
