Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is seeking Part-Time 2nd Shift Weekend Behavior Health Techs in Creedmoor, NC. These roles provide direct care to individuals with behavioral challenges from brain injury in residential programs.

Responsibilities include implementing behavioral training, modeling positive behavior, assisting with ADLs, transporting residents, and maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and responsible driving behavior required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Implement facility-wide behavioral training and individual protocols with documentation.
• Model appropriate behavior and provide positive reinforcement and corrective feedback.
• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, transfers, toileting) and participate in activities.
• Transport residents to medical, vocational, recreational, and educational activities.
• Complete daily documentation (behavioral data, shift summaries, incident reports).
• Perform housekeeping tasks (laundry, vacuuming, dusting).
