ReMed, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is seeking a Full-Time Behavior Health Technician to work in our residential programs located in Covington, LA. Behavior Technicians provide direct care to people with behavioral challenges stemming from brain injury.

Schedule: 7a-7p. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, being at least 18, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Collage Rehabilitation Partners offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care to individuals with behavioral challenges is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implements behavioral training and documents progress daily.
• Models appropriate behavior and provides reinforcement and feedback.
• Assists residents with ADLs and participates in activities.
• Transports residents to medical, vocational, and recreational engagements.
• Completes daily documentation and housekeeping tasks.
