Dawson Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dawson Springs, KY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a full-time Weekend Baylor position. You will provide direct patient care, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate care within our SNF and rehabilitation center, with a stable weekend schedule.

The role requires current KY RN license and CPR certification, strong clinical assessment and leadership, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Kentucky RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per orders and care plans.
• Perform resident assessments and clinical evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with nursing regulations.
• Maintain electronic health records.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, transfers, and care planning.
