Job summary

Emerald Trace, part of the Rosedale Green family in Northern Kentucky, seeks an RN or LPN Floor Nurse for a Weekend Baylor role with a consistent Saturday-Sunday schedule and enhanced compensation. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits within a not-for-profit SNF environment known for resident-centered care and stable leadership.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents and families, while

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license in Kentucky.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Dependable and comfortable with a consistent weekend schedule.
Ability to collaborate with STNAs, nurses, physicians, families and care team.
Experience in long-term care or nursing home setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
Complete assessments and required clinical documentation.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team members.
Provide direction and support to STNAs as part of the nursing team.
Follow physician orders, care plans, and regulatory requirements.
Promote resident dignity, choice and independence.
