About the Role:
As a Weekend RN, you will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating their care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Participating in care conferences and contributing to the development of resident-centered care plans
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of resident records and clinical reports
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including wound care, injections, and other treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse or Physician
Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and effective communication
Perform other duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager

Requirements:
