AccentCare, Inc. is seeking an RN Weekend Baylor for Home Health in Colmar, PA. This full-time, on-site role offers weekend scheduling and per-visit compensation with an annual range of $87,000 to $100,000, reflecting experience and location.

The RN will ensure patient care plans are followed, supervise CHHAs and CNAs, assess patients, and document all care. Travel across Colmar and nearby areas is required, with benefits package for eligible staff.

Formación

• Licensed RN in PA with current license required.
• OASIS experience in Home Health.
• CPR certification required and maintained.

Responsabilidades

• Assess nursing needs and implement the patient care plan.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care and supervise CHHAs/CNAs.
• Perform initial nursing evaluation and ongoing reassessments.
• Document changes and communicate with physicians.
• Educate patients and families on care and self-management.
