AccentCare is seeking an RN Weekend Baylor to deliver high‑quality home health care in the Brockton/Stoughton area. This full‑time role supports children to seniors, with an emphasis on coordinating care and supervising aides.

The position requires an active RN license and at least one year of RN experience, plus geriatric home health and OASIS familiarity. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, with a 32‑hour schedule paid as 40 hours and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved nursing program and be licensed as an RN in the state of operation.
• One year of RN experience.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with insured vehicle and ability to travel to all locations.
• Geriatric Home Health and OASIS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs and implement the patient care plan; evaluate and revise as needed.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care across age groups.
• Supervise and direct CHHAs and CNAs in patient care tasks.
• Initiate plans of care and document changes.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the physician and team.
