Job summary

AccentCare in Buford, GA is seeking an RN Weekend Baylor to maintain quality patient care across pediatric to geriatric populations. You will collaborate with CHHAs and CNAs, assess needs, and implement the patient care plan.

This full-time weekend position offers a salary range of $85,000–$95,000 with benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Lifelong learning through professional development, CPR certification, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and licensed in GA.
• One year RN experience; geriatric home health knowledge preferred.
• CPR certification valid while employed; valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to all business locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs and implement/adjust the patient care plan.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care; supervise CHHAs and CNAs.
• Communicate changes to physicians and families; document care.
• Promote and maintain optimal patient care; diagnose and treat health problems.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care; provide preventive and rehabilitative nursing.
