Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in PA.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an RN.
- CPR certification required and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Assess nursing needs, implement and modify the patient care plan as appropriate.
- Promote and maintain optimal client care and provide required treatments.
- Make initial nursing evaluation visit and re-evaluate as needed.
- Initiate and revise the plan of care; deliver specialized nursing services.
- Supervise and teach other clinical staff; communicate changes to the physician.
- Counsel client and family on nursing and related needs.
