AccentCare, Inc. is seeking an RN Weekend Baylor to join our Home Health team in Temple. You will ensure adherence to the Patient Care Plan, provide direct and indirect patient care across pediatric to geriatric patients, and supervise CHHAs and CNAs in care delivery.

This role offers weekend scheduling (Fri–Sun) with an annual salary of $87,000 to $107,000. Qualifications include RN licensure in the operation state, at least 1 year RN experience, and Geriatric Home Health and OASIS experience.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in the state of operation.
• 1 year RN experience.
• Geriatric home health and OASIS experience required.
• CPR certification must be current.

Aufgaben

• Assess nursing needs and implement the patient care plan.
• Promote and maintain optimal client care; diagnose and treat health problems.
• Perform initial nursing evaluation visits and re-evaluate needs as required.
• Initiate and revise plan of care; supervise other clinical staff.
