Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. in Norwood, MA is seeking an RN Weekend Baylor to maintain quality patient care across pediatric to geriatric populations. The role combines direct and indirect patient care, directing CHHAs and CNAs, completing assessments and updating care plans.

Flexible schedule Fri-Sun, 32 hours paid as 40, full-time benefits eligible. Requirements include graduation from an approved nursing program, MA RN license, CPR, one year RN experience, valid driver's license with reliable vehicle,

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved nursing program and be licensed in MA.
• One year RN experience preferred.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Must be licensed driver and own insured vehicle.
• Geriatric home health and Oasis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs, implement and revise the patient care plan.
• Promote and sustain optimal client care and urgent needs.
• Perform initial nursing evaluation and re-evaluate as required.
• Initiate and revise plans of care and document care.
• Supervise and instruct CHHAs and CNAs in care tasks.
• Coordinate with physicians and inform changes in patient condition.
• Counsel family on nursing and related needs.
